Food + Drink

Project North is about experiencing great food and craft beers. We will feature a wide variety of food vendors during the festival. Beer and wine will be dispensed at the music venues by festival organizers and mixed drinks will be available at downtown establishments.

We cannot guarantee that food trucks and beverage vendors will accept cards, and attendees will be encouraged to have cash for food and drink. We will have an ATM located by the ArtStart building.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, all food vendors will be practicing a “Nearly Zero Waste” philosophy and will be required to use eco-friendly products that are recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable. Our Partner Recycling Connections will be working with vendors to accomplish the festival zero waste goals. Festival waste will be composted, and refillable Project North cups will be available for purchase. Please bring a refillable water bottle for free water.
