Project North is about experiencing great food and craft beers.
We will feature a wide variety of food vendors during the festival. In addition to the on-site vendors, many downtown restaurants will also offer discounts and specials in conjunction with the festival.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, all food vendors will be practicing a “Nearly Zero Waste” philosophy. They’ll be using eco-friendly products that are recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable. Food scraps will be composted, and refillable Project North cups will be available for purchase.
Beer and wine will be dispensed at the music venues by festival organizers and mixed drinks will be available at downtown establishments.

Please fill out the form below to participate as a food vendor on FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY September 11-13, 2020 at Project North Festival.
- Vendors must read and adhere to all guidelines and make full payment in order to be registered and secure a spot. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted.
- Deadline for applications is Friday, August 14, 2020. Please reserve early, as spaces are limited and we won't accept duplicate food categories.
- As a food vendor, you will need to present the required documentation in order to participate.
- Vendors must determine business hours they will be present during the festival with Project North food committee prior to the event. Vendors must be present rain or shine - Hours of available operation are 11am - 11pm on Friday & Saturday and 9am-3pm on Sunday.
